My name is Susanne Skaarup and I am heading Danske Bank’s Robotics Centre of Excellence. I have been working in Danske Bank the last 26 years – in front line as well as in head office functions either in business units or in the areas between business and IT. I am currently working in our Process Automation where we support the automation of customer journeys across Danske Bank. We design digitalized customer-centric end-to-end process flows. Testing and applying new advanced robotics technology are a key part of this. Process Automation is a part of our in-house consultancy unit Group Process Development which is an international community of 220 consultants who are working with customer journey design, process management and automation.
